What is Nourishment:
The dictionary definition: Nourishment is a noun: nutriment and sustenance. A sustenance used to feed or sustain growth of an organism. Act of nourishing: A process, system, method of providing sustenance that nourishes and supports the life and growth of a living organism. Nourishment is so much more than just what we eat. It is also how we eat and what activities we engage in that supports and adds to our growth in life.
Each petal on this lotus flower represents a category or a pillar of importance that I feel (concluded through much research, living practice and schooling) we all need in order to feel fully nourished in our lives.

Health is whole body awareness, the physical bodies, the mental bodies and the spirit bodies.
Thriveing in Health is about tapping into your authentic self, your inner wisdom and finding the best balance in the mind, body and spirit in a manner that works for you.
