My favorite food was salad and pizza of course😄 (Don't worry they still are my favorite foods. ) Sounds pretty healthy right? Well, not quite.....just like a lot of people I had my 3-4 meals that we (my family) liked to make. They were easy, fast and tasted good.

A day for being in relationships with others and in relationship with myself. “I am moving away from being at the effect of life and moving toward being the cause!” Life is only as hard as we make it. And don’t write me off just yet when I say this. I know if I said this to me 5 years ago I would have pffted too. I get it, things might feel hard and shit might happen. And yet there is a place where it doesn’t have to be hard. There is a sweet spot and you can learn how to find it.
