Taking Life One Step at a Time

Cry, Laugh, Dance, Feel, and Enjoy Life’s Moments!
I am constantly living into my best self now, by being present in the moment and taking one small step and one small action each day toward what I want in life. I am super clear on my priorities in life and what is important to me. I listen to my body’s needs and have FUN! (with a bit of silliness thrown in)
Living is a practice each day. 
I practice self care, so that I am taken care of and can then  take care of others that I love.  I focus on the positive, the abundance and the possibilities around me. 

Always playing, what did I do well, what can I do to improve and what do I want to do next?
Life is not about being perfect.  I am a human being and I mess up A LOT and this is how I learn (not the only way I learn.  Thank goodness)  

I live with fear daily and we all have set backs.  It’s about “getting back up” after a fall or learning from a mistake; seeing the positive and the possibilities in all of it. 
Making sure you are in the driver’s seat not your fear.  Who's driving your actions?

I cry, I laugh, I stumble, I adapt and let these moments happen, because you can’t enjoy the good stuff without going through and learning from the hard stuff too. 

So, cry, laugh, dance, feel and enjoy these moments in life and Thrive!
Playing each day full out and practicing life!
